Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Kosterina Original Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

    To a jar, add the egg yolk, lemon juice, water, mustard, and top with the olive oil.

    Use an immersion blender to blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Mixas needed until the mayo is completely emulsified.

    Add the salt and mix well. Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy
