Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen mixed berries
  • 1 lemon, zested + juiced
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup lemonade
  • ¾ cup water (plus more while blending if needed)
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Crushed Strawberry Vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp xanthan gum - optional for smooth texture

Instructions

    Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. Begin blending on low speed, slowly increasing and stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

    If the mixture is too thick, add a couple tablespoons of water at a time until you reach a smooth, spoonable consistency.

    Pour into desired serving glasses, garnish with a lemon wheel if desired and enjoy!
